Fuzzy Accounting Integration ("the App") is a single-tenant internal-use integration operated by Part Two Enterprises, Inc. ("Part Two") for connecting Part Two's own QuickBooks Online ("QBO") company to internal review and reclassification tools. The App is not offered to, sold to, or licensed to any third party.
Use of the App is restricted to:
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Part Two makes no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The user is solely responsible for verifying the correctness of any data the App writes back to QuickBooks Online.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Part Two and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App. Total liability for any direct damages is limited to USD $0, as the App is provided at no cost.
The App accesses QBO data via the Intuit Developer Platform. Use of QBO data through the App is also subject to Intuit's terms: Intuit Developer Terms of Service.
The user may terminate use at any time by disconnecting the App (see /disconnect). Part Two may terminate or suspend the App at any time for any reason.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
